When you engage Avannis one of our dedicated and experienced research professionals will become your Client Partner. Your client partner will be your primary point of contact at Avannis and will ensure that all of your needs are met.

He or she will be available during regular business hours and can participate in your planning meetings as needed. Whether you have a single person or a large team directing your project, your Avannis client partner will provide professional support and the level of guidance you want.

An experienced guide

Your Avannis client partner will guide you through questionnaire design, sampling, secure file transmissions, reporting design, deliverable distribution, and communications. He or she will also help you to make sure your survey complies with any federal or state regulations and that the survey will be a positive experience for your customers

Guidance and service provided by your Avannis client partner is always included as part of the Avannis experience. We never charge for a phone call. We don’t offer a “premium support” line.
