No long-term commitments

At Avannis, we feel that if you are not happy with the service we provide, you should not be contractually required to continue. We understand the irony of customer satisfaction and loyalty experts who fall short of the level of service you strive to provide your customers. Our approach is to provide a level of service and expertise that will motivate you to continue to work with us without being contractually obligated. After all, isn’t that what you do with your customers?
With that said, if your organization prefers a contractual agreement for on-going projects, we’re happy to form one, but we do not require it.
