What You Need to Know About ICBA LIVE

Trade shows are excellent places to stay on top of industry developments including the latest in services, products, and the newest technology. For banks and credit unions, ICBA LIVE 2020 is the premier event where independent community bankers come together to network and share knowledge. Billed as the “largest community banker gathering in the nation,” loads of opportunities including roundtables, presentations, learning labs, and more are packed into an unrivaled experience you won’t want to miss.

The Independent Community Bankers of America Conference is happening March 8 – 11 in Orlando, Florida. Over 3,000 attendees, industry leaders, and experts will gather at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center to get a glimpse of what’s new and up and coming in the banking sector. The expo is typically closed to the general public, allowing only industry professionals to attend, though attendees are encouraged to bring a spouse, significant other, or friend even if they don’t work in the financial industry.

More than 200 vendors will be on hand at ICBA LIVE to demonstrate their products and services to attendees, including a cutting-edge demonstration of fintech solutions. Plus, over 60 Learning Labs Sessions will be offered to registered guests who want to improve their skills, gain knowledge and insights, and even earn CPE credits. And bank directors will want to attend the 31st Annual Bank Director Current Issues Seminar which will be held during this year’s ICBA Conference.

All 4 days of the conference, Sunday through Wednesday, are scheduled with events from morning to evening. A few of the notable highlights will be:

  •  a Welcome Reception Sunday afternoon including a Kids Zone activity area with balloon artists, face painters, visiting superheroes, games, and more
  •  an hors d’oeuvres and cocktail party featuring a silent auction
  •  a closing dinner event celebrating 90 years of ICBA support in the community banking industry
