Overview

Avannis is seeking a dedicated Client Success and Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll strengthen client relationships, guide them through their journey with Avannis,
and ensure they achieve their goals with our proprietary software solutions. Your proactive approach
to client success and retention will maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of banking clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
  • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot software-related issues, and deliver timely and expert solutions.
Client Success and Retention
  • Strengthen client adoption of Avannis’ software services by guiding them through a well-defined customer journey.
  • Identify client needs, uncover upsell opportunities, and recommend tailored solutions to drive customer success.
  • Proactively address potential attrition risks, mitigate competitive threats, and minimize churn to maximize client lifetime value.
Onboarding and Implementation
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition to Avannis’ platform.
  • Customize Avannis’ software to align with clients’ unique goals and objectives, setting them up for success from the start.
  • Manage updates and enhancements for existing client projects, ensuring continuous delivery of value.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for innovation by proposing solutions to client needs that extend beyond the platform’s current capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features based on client feedback.
  • Utilize applications such as MS Access, MS Excel, Tableau and other basic tools, to create interim solutions for reporting tailored to meet the client’s needs and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client success, retention, or account management roles, preferably within SaaS or financial services industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate client challenges and proactively deliver solutions.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, database queries, JSON strings, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Overview

Avannis, a market research firm headquartered in Denver, is looking for experienced professionals with a strong work ethic who would like to work part-time from home. (Applicants must live in the states of Colorado, Arizona or Idaho). Work with a team of experienced professionals who have been doing this successfully for 20 years.

Work afternoon/evenings, 6-10 hours per week calling customers and asking for their feedback about service they received from their bank. Absolutely no sales involved. 80-90% of the people we contact are happy to provide their feedback. Successful candidates will be comfortable calling people and asking for their feedback. Our approach is professional and engaging, but never pushy and always respectful. After completing an interview, a detailed summary of the conversation is required providing insights into the customer’s point of view. A typical call takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Job Requirements

  • Live in the states of Colorado, Arizona or Idaho
  • 1-2 years experience speaking with executives and/or high value customers
  • Must be willing to submit to criminal and credit background checks
  • Pleasant and upbeat telephone voice and demeanor
  • Proven ability to complete assignments
  • Ability to read a script without sounding scripted
  • Ability to listen carefully and formulate thoughtful, intelligent questions on the fly
  • Strong understanding of basic retail banking products and terminology
  • Organized and self motivated to complete ongoing monthly assignments
  • Strong writing, spelling and grammar skills
  • Strong internet navigation skills

Work From Home Requirements

  • Available at least 2 times a week between 3-8pm, Monday through Friday
  • A quiet room where you will not be disturbed and which is not vulnerable to outside noise
  • A computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection

Training

Training requires 3-4 sessions of 2 hours each and can be done completely over the phone.

Compensation

  • $4.50 per completed survey
  • Most interviewers complete 3-4 surveys per hour when they stay focused for 2-4 hours at a time

Avannis is seeking a dedicated Reporting and Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll generate monthly and quarterly reports for Avannis clients using established processes
and then vigorously ensure all numbers, statements, labeling and content are 100% accurate.
You will take ownership and pride in delivering impactful reports to our client account managers who can trust
they will not be caught off guard in front of a client by a mistake in a report.

This position also offers opportunities for growth in highly marketable skills such as business intelligence technology,
developing and writing market insights, and using database queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate monthly executive reports for clients using Excel, Powerpoint, and Tableau
  • Follow established processes to ensure 100% accuracy of reports
  • Take full ownership for ensuring the quality of the reports that are received by clients
  • Learn to use business intelligence tools for report generation

Skills required

  • A passion for accuracy
  • Proven ability to develop and religiously follow well-defined processes
  • Microsoft Office suite, including Access
  • An interest and aptitude for learning additional skills, including business intelligence
  • Exceptional writing, spelling and grammar skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Background in Tableau is a strong advantage, but not required

1. Front-End Development

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design, web development, or a related role
    (SaaS or financial services experience is a plus).
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
    • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
    • Experience with full-stack JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Express, Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit).
    • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), usability testing, and UX best practices.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Bonus Skills:
