The Winners are in! Best Community Banks to Work For 2023

The results of ICBA’s 2023 “Best Community Banks to Work for” are in!
The annual research conducted by Avannis for the Independent Community Bankers of America highlights community banking institutions that have developed positive work cultures for their team members.
The annual research, now in its fifth year, consists of 48 scaled responses, from which an index or composite score was calculated. Eligible community banks were then sorted into five asset categories (based on March 31, 2023, FDIC call report data), with the highest index score recipients in each asset class named as winners.
